Born to Michelle and Roger Wilson on August 16, 1987, Bristol UK . mum first started getting pains at 6am and on the way to the hospital we called in to auntie karens to tell her you were on your way,we got to the hospital about half 7am. the nurse told me you would take a while so they sent me for a bath at half 8am,i was in so much pain,so i asked could i have some thing for the pain,so they took me back to my room,they seen how far gone i was and told me it was to late to have any thing as you were nearly born,well that was it i wanted you out so i pushed and pushed you were born at 9.17am on a sunny sunday morning weighing 6lb 2oz, all the pain i had didnt matter when i seen you it was so worth all the pain!

| 28TH august 1989 |

your sister karen was born,you loved her 2 bits 2 start with till you saw that mummy had 2 give give alot of care because she was a baby, i can remember 1 sunday she was not that old only a couple of months i was wakeing daddy up after being a work all nite,karen and you were in the living room and i heard her cry,i came in and asked you what you did 2 her,you said nothing then ran off 2 daddy's room,i noticed there was a red make on her forehead,didnt know what it was. then another time it all happen again but this time there were teeth marks on her head can you remember what happened.............i can i bit you back on your arm then slapped your bum and put you in bed, you were so upset so was i but i couldnt let you do things like that, but you never bit her or any body again just like a good boy you were. |

your sister kelly was born , you loved her 2 bits,you used 2 love holding her and playing with her when you came home from school. |

| 2nd august 1996 |
|

|
your last little sister was born victoria, you werent happy you wanted a brother not another sister, but when i brought her home you were happy and loved her 2 bits like you did all your sisters.as years went on you used 2 tickle her like mad some times she liked it some times she didnt. |

your grandad powell died on 2nd august he was just 60 |

nanny wilson died 16nov day before dads birthday aged 65 |

| july 1998 |
|
|
|
|
you went in hospital to start your dialysis you had 2 be here there for 3 weeks 2 get it working right and so mum+dad could train 2 do it at home as we had 2 do it 3 times aday.you took 2 it very well which was good. |

| transplant 1998 |
|
|
|
|
2 nov 1998 you had your kidney transplant.we had the call while we was xmas shopping,and you was down auntie karens with your sisters, we came home and got you ,and took you to the hospital to start having your tests done to make sure you could have the kidney,they went well and it went a head, you was only in hospital for 11 days you done very well to get out that early,we just had to take you to the hospital daily for blood tests,but you didnt mind that cuz you felt alot better. |

your sister karen went in to hospital to have her kidney transplant only thing it was christmas eve so that year you and your other 2 sisters had christmas down auntie karens and uncle steves. |

your grandad died he was only 68. you became ill we all thought is was because of the loss of grandad,you started being sick every day some things it could of been anything up to 6 times aday.and you were getting alot of headache as well.so somedays you were in bed all day,when it got really bad you had to go to hospital and have a drip |

you went in hospital again 2 have a feeding tube put in your belly becuse you just wasnt eatting enough. |

| middle 2001 |
|
|
|
|
this was a bad year 4 you , you were in and out of hospital you nearly lost your kidney,we just didnt think it could get much worse,but it did you had go in again 4 a stent again things didnt go right,you had it done all things were great then in the middle of the night we had police knock on the door asking me if i had a son called michael wilson my heart stopped i think at that time,i was told that you needed a emergency op so the police took me 2 you,they put the lights and sirens on i think i got 2 you in about 5mins. |

you and karen won the gold star awards from the bristol evening post. that was a proud day for mum+dad to see you both get an award for what you both been though over the years it was very good day. |

we went 2 disney land paris, and karen had a fit in the middle of the nite . |

| oct 2002 |
|
|
|
|
you and your sisters started judo,yours and karens was for children that had special needs,you done well at it when you wanted to,you never wanted to go cuz you had to excise but when you were there you got on with it and when you finished all ways said i dont like judo till the next week lol. |

pampy died 15 nov aged 65 which hurt you again. |

you had a good year 4 a change,you went back 2 school after having a year or so off because of how ill you been, that you enjoyed,march of this year was your first judo comp,which you won a bronze well done son. here you are with your medal |

you left school ever though you havnt been there much in the last 3years but it was time to leave,but you were going to start college in the september. you with miss joans you liked her very much. |

| janurary 2004 |
|
|

|
you went in hospital again 2 have another operation it was a big 1 this time it was called fundoplycation things didnt go as planed it took them longer 2 do it.you came back 2 the ward at about 5 or 6 in the evening,mum+dad left you about 8ish,we had a phone call at 3.30am the next morning 2 say things wasnt right and you been taken 2 intensive care.when we got 2 you we were told we might lose you because anything was closeing down in your body and have 2 put you on life support, we just didnt know what 2 do. but you pulled though thank god. |

you got other sister only thing was she was 18,gem moved in with us,you used 2 play fight with her loads,you would call out 4 her 2 help you make your bed or get your clothes,you had her running after you loads,you little bugger.she would do it as well but she would do more 4 you when i wasnt home because you know i would said do it your self or tell her not 2,you both loved each other 2 bits,she kept asking you if you would marry her and you kept saying NO,some times you would start getting mad with her and go and beat her up.and she would let you just 2 get you doing something,something you didnt no when you were play fighting you would hurt her some times but she would never tell you 2 stop she liked 2 see you having fun like we all did. |

you were having trouble with your feeding tube so we took you to hospital to find out why?
well it was bloked so you had to have another op but not till new years eve,beening it was your last new years eve with us which we didnt no at the time i would of told them to book it for another day so we could of had you home. |

| 26 april 2005 |

you got sent home from college not feeling very well but that was normal for you as you didnt like tuesdays because you had to do all day, you didnt look know more ill that day than any other day to me or your dad,we went down town for the day you was ok there when we came home mum and dad had to go to your college for a meeting to find out what was going to be best for you the next year of college,we came home at 5.40 and i had a shock you were so ill i called ambulance ,you was in so much pain we have never seen you in that much pain before,we got 2 the hospital they started doing tests they didnt no what was wrong.after hours we got you out of pain they still didnt no what was wrong all we could see was you had lots of air in your tummy just dont no where it came from.they took you 2 intensive care because your kidney started to stop working.mum and dad ended leaving you at about 1.30 in the morning and you were alot better not right but you were safe and we were told you were fine. |

we came in to see you this morning and found out we might lose you they wasnt sure what was wrong with you so you had to have a emergency operation again,but this time you might not come out,it was so hard to be told this,we took you to the operation theatersaid that we loved you and you told us you loved us and the girls.we left you at 11am then we went out and phone all the family,to let them know wat was happening.they all turned up,we were told about 1.30 that we lost you,they told us that your hole gut was dead so there was nothing they could do, they told us you would come back on a life support so we could say are good byes to you,that was the hardest thing we had to do,some1 went and got the girls and brought them in to see you so they could say there good byes to there only brother.that was also very hard,you came back to your room about 2pm we came and spent a few mins with you on our own to say what we wanted to,then we got all the family in to say there goodbyes to you,it was so hard to see you slip away,you finally slipped away at 2.30pm that day was the worst day ever 4 every body.

Having your 18th party for you to rise money for the renal unit that looked after you for the last 10years. we had your party it went really well only thing was you wasnt there in body i know you was there in spirit, we rised £943. to give to the hospital which is good . |
